Velaro Agent Desktop is a Windows application that sends out alerts to agents when new chat requests are received. It comes with the standard US dictionary and some basic sounds for audio. When the machine is no longer idle, the application will automatically make the agent available again. This software provides real-time insights into the current website traffic.
